The "Occupational Safety" journal has initiated a discussion on the draft order of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine titled "On Approval of the Procedure for Training, Certification, and Competency Confirmation of Specialists Conducting Technical Inspections and/or Expert Assessments of High-Risk Equipment, and Performing Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety Expertise." The draft was published on the website of the State Labor Service on July 2, 2024.
Given the public importance of this issue, we are organizing an expanded discussion of the highlighted problems in collaboration with expert organizations. All interested parties are invited to participate, including representatives from the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the State Labor Service of Ukraine, the State Regulatory Service of Ukraine, the Federation of Trade Unions, and the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
